Quinte Fishing

Went out on the 23rd, way past the ferry. Had a bump but no take. It was beautiful out, little overcast, but with a system coming in from the SouthWest, a wall of a system. Cleared up, sun came out, it was just o-so-purty out. Then the system came across. Winds picked right up, waves made Wayn-o-Mac pee in his survival suit, Snarf gave the order to pull up the drift sock and it was off to calmer climes.

Trolled everywhere, threw everything at them but nothing other than the one bump. Wayne-o-Mac and the Snarf suck. I just had the ill luck to be fishing with them. Actually, on second thought, Wayne-o-Mac doesn't suck, he was a victim of poor driving. Snarf Sucks. Yeah, that' it, Snarf Sucks. His fault. No question.

Saw a grand total of five boats on the water all day. I saw old Dan Elliott out there in the rocket, couldn't get his attention. Called his # from the boat, his son says he wasn't home. No kidding. Thought the number I had was his cellphone. Shoulda left a message.

Finally, in going over the board in the past couple of days I've come to the conclusion that as far as Stanley20footer is concered, that:

a) he's my nightmare wife.....not the one I have, but the one I'd dread.
b) secretly has life insurance on all board members.
c) is my alter ego, the one that is thankfully repressed and fully
recessive. Thank God the dark side is fully in control at all times.
d) wasted his money on a Stanley 20 footer
e) would most definitely benefit from coming over to the dark side.

The usual New Years thing is party at Mux's house, big BBQ, eat, drink, be merry and then ice fish on New Years Day. Not this year, boyos. The only ice is in my drinks (and in Stan's posts). Might just have to do the tour to Quinte on New Years Day. Last year we were in the water at Picton on January 10th.

Hey mux, I drove for hours, braved six foot waves and a stream of pee from the left leg of Mac and for this I am told I suck. well let me tell you its True, I do suck!!. I give my heart and sole to Quinte and all I want is a big WALLEYE!
My desired weight is 13.87lbs one once bigger than the one you caught. Mac just recently got into the dubble digit club so I wont pick on him, but he better get it together and kick your butt with a big slam fest.
As far as the ICE goes, I hope it never comes and we spend many more hours chasing after Dan in the Rocket.
Ps: Are you fighting with some Guy/Gal who operates a twenty footer and if so does he/she know about the size of my sack?
Keep your options open because we are going again before Newyears!!

Seriously, get your shite together, I'll have to up my shopping schedule for the New Years Eve Gala to accomodate the drive to Picton. I got a liquor store to visit, a butcher, a baker, a candlestick maker. I got a BBQ to clean, all kinds of shiite.

Hey mux,
They pay me for sitting in the office dreaming about fishing, can you believe this? I will be moving that bus at 4:00am on the morning of December 30,2006. This will give Mac time to think of a way out of this trip, but I will dog him in Mexico next week if he does not come. I have asked Ken and Jo to give you some pointers on what lure to use and how to catch fish at quinte and told them of your antics on how you tried to sell me on the site. I have also posted to Stanley twenty footer on his Inner DEMONS and where we can meet to discuss the finer points of married bliss.
Cash makes my better half happy as you know and with my task of making her content complete, I can only hope that Stanley has paid for that boat of his. Financial security is this not fantastic?
