Quinte Fishing

Hey I have never been ice fishing before, I am wondering when the season normaly starts and finishes. It seems to me that this year could be very short or not at all. The way the weather is going we may not have ice that you can fish on till what, the middle of February and gone by march. Not much of a season

Well if you fish the BOQ the season closes the end of Feb. I am predicting ice Jan. 2008 the way this season is going, I should have made a boat and not an icehut.
