I've managed to borrow some ice fishing gear and am looking to take my son out for a couple of hours around Belleville tomorrow!

Can anyone give me an idea where I can head out from on foot?

Thanks

sounds more like they're taking about the conservation area on the west side of Belleville. I think that it's potters creek. There should be lots of ice there. I wouldn't imagine that there is much ice near rush bar as there is a lot of current through that area.
