Hey guys, new to the board. Lived 30 years at the end of Old Orchard Rd but have been away for awhile. I am dropping down Feb 9/10 and keeping it secret from the family so I can spend some time on the ice. Any hints for decent areas without letting everyone eles know? I've sailed from 12 O'Clock point up thru Long reach into Kingston and know lots of local landmarks. Any help would be appreciated. I will be staying in Trenton but will chase the eye's where ever they seem to be hitting. The red bouy I keep hearing about? Is that the chanel marker off the old kiln drier near the narrows? It was always good there 20 years ago. Anyway, glad to hear you are all getting a few up onto your plates. Remember, fish when you can, you can't make more time.
