WHEN DOES THE BROWN FISHING START ON THE SANDS? WHERE DOES ONE LUNCH A BOAT?

i am from the new york and own a place on green pt. have fished here for over 30 yrs.

I was talking to a guy about fishing browns yesterday and he said it shoud be any time, but it isn't what it used to be. I've personally never tried it although I know from living down here the number of boats out in April is way down. If you do get out I would be interested in knowing how you did, I would love to try it. Depending on where you plan to fish there are a few options to launch. Wellington should be open and you could launch from there. We are on the opposite side of West Lake and you would be more then welcome to launch here once the ice goes out which should be very soon, (last year I had all our docks in by now). I know someguys fish them in south bay and there is a launch on Black Creek that should be open by now too. Sorry I couldn't help you more but let me know how you do.
