Hey, I need to make/buy a livewell for my aluminum boat. Any ideas on how to make one over buying a 300-400 dollar one? A cooler with an aerator would work but i want something a bit more professional.

If you know any welders I am sure they can fab one up for you. I had a buddy do it at his work for me for free. As for pump etc canadian tire has them for as little as about $40. You can get the better ones for around $150-200 I think.

I had a plastic live well made for me under one of my seats in my boat. There's a plastic welder just N of the 401 in Belleville, I don't have his name handy but I found his ad in the shoppers market. I brought him in the exact dimensions and he plastic welded me one about 32" x 12" x 12" and I put an aerator in it and it works great. He charged me $100 and you wouldn't even know it's in my boat. Perhaps you could build on into your seats. Good luck! Patio.
