By chance does anyone know when and what happened with the DFO (Department Fisheries Oceans- federal) office that existed in Napanee? The sign was there at Christmas and now it seems to be being transformed into a retaurant. I was never too sure what exactly they did there as it seemed like a satellite operation, with no one ever seeming to be around. Any ideas?
