Quinte Fishing

Hello all,

I have been out a few times for walleye this year and hoping to try for them again in the next few days. The year has had good results so far in various areas of Big Bay and around Belleville. We have caught them on everything from CC Shads, AC Shiners, and Rapala X-Raps, to worm harnesses, erie deeries, and in-line spiners.

I hadn't been out for a couple of weeks and then tried a quick trip out on Thursday evening. With the thunderstorms around, I think that may have shut them down. It was the first time that we have been skunked this season. Does anyone have any pointers for the Belleville - Big Bay area for an evening fish? We will be launching in Belleville.
