Jutty pulled the batteries from the boat and called it a seson,I looked on my history and last year i was fishing in the boat Jan.7 and ice fishing Jan.27,The year before the first day ice fishing was Jan,5th.What will this year bring ???,I heard on the radio they say this is to be the coldest winter in 15 years !!! I love ice fishing and the cold weather to do so,i just don't like the Nat.Gas bill i get each month to show how cold it was,LOL,.When we do get ice besafe out there it's not worth the risk.K.M.B.F.

YA we fished for maybe 5 hours today and I think maybe 2-3 boats were in Picton.... by the time we hit the Skyway it was looking like a very nice start to our ice season! Have a feeling thats the end of softwater.
