Thanks to all who came to Mac's and Mux's party this weekend, it's great that we're surrounded by so many well-qualified extras in a weekend that is specifically designed to provide Mac and Mux with quality entertainment.

This event is also known in some circles as the "Fall Get Together"

The Walleyes Only crew got there on Friday, somewhere around 2:00 after having been locked out of a house, going to a High School to get a key, subsequently breaking into the house to get our stuff. Faux pas's from the beginning.

Started out with the Snarf being beligerent first thing in the morning, trying to boss Mac and I around, telling us what we will do, what we won't, just completely ignorant. Solution? Ignore Snarf, don't talk to him, form a club exclusive of Snarfy, hence the "Mux & Mac Weekend".

Out on the water by 2:30 - 3:00, dragging lures just north of the see-ment plant in the 18 - 20 deepth in a total of around 35 - 38 feet. Snarf and the Mac were flat-lining with anywhere from 100 - 150 line out.........
Nada on Friday night, but Saturday's a different story.

Saturday a.m.......SMACK! Da Mux comes up with a 10 on an in-line planar board dragging a Silver/Black metallic Wally Diver. Nice scrap. Ten minutes later........SMACK, da Snarf pulls an 11/13 on a chartreuse reefrunner.

The 10 goes back in the drink and we make the run in to weigh in the 11/13. Leader board boys, first place for a while. Came in, got really hammered, played with our pals, Jimbo, Gord, Dan Elliott, "Drop Dead" Dougie, Patio, Denis.

Out again Sun.. a.m., fishing same spot as Friday......Nada for a long while. Rough water arount Thompsons, windy as hell with nice rollers, wo we switched over to the east shore of Picton Harbor area and pulled up two 7's, one for the Mac and one for da Snarf.

A great weekend, great guys, great party.

I would urge all to attend next year's "Mux and Mac Weekend Party" (formally known as the Fall Get Together).

Hey Mux good report. and i did enjoy the party and entertainment on saturday night except for the losing 20 bucks to Jimbo playing poker. We had 4 fish on saturday all came from the cement plant to thompson area. 35 to 50 feet back on the planer boards running the purple demon reef runner. Would of loved to got on to the jig bite that hodgey and the gang experienced. perhaps next year we will call it "Kevins Party" as Jennifer told me it falls on his birthday. Who is baking the cake? I cant bake worth a dam.

Is the Cement plant that you all talk about, at the mouth to Lake Ontario?

Well you'd better start talking soon, son, or you won't be invited to our next party.
