This is the same stupid idea as last year. Maybe the anglers in the area should start a petition (or something of that sort) to have the city bring the the tug boat in before the ice forms. Justifying by not endagering the lives of out of town anglers who may not know that an ice breaker went through the bay, and also mentioning the hurt on travel and tourism to the Quinte area.
