Could anyone tell me , is the any safe ice at all at deseronto in front of the yacht club to the small island

I would call some of the local people in the area. The Ice Hut people will not risk putting the huts out until the ice is really thick.

That ice there is never any good and it is shallow there. Go to the other side along river road there is a ton of ice. Why the hell do you guys keep asking about the west side of Forresters?

The west side of Quinte is the best walleye fishing. How many good reports have you heard from Trenton or Belleville?

Thick Ice and no fish mean borrowing and cold.

Isn't Trenton on the west side of Quinte?

Or do you mean Deseronto looking south and thinking west?

I meant the East side of Quinte. Looking south you think west but it is actual the east side Deseronto and Napanee would be the better areas.

Thats ok. I just wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic on the fishing out of Trenton or Bellville.

Like I said in my original post...I'm new to Quinte fishing.
