Hey guys,heading your way this weekend and was wondering if anybody can point me to a good, safe area to fish.I'm comming from newmarket,any advice would be greatly appreciated,thanks

there are places allover bay of qunite that I am sure lots of guys here can direect you to. I fish in the Deseronto area. It is easy to get to, there is free and ample parking, restaurants and such, lots of solid ice and steady walleyes from 1lb to 9lbs are typical. Just go to exit 566 East of Belleville, go south on 49 to the bridge, at the foot of the bridge turn left into deseronto, Just before town you will see a park on the Bay and this weekend I imagine a lot of fisherman.
