Quinte Fishing

He's caught a lot of good-natured flak w/ the wonderful cartoons, and a certain amount of jealous envy from others who fish the Bay a lot ... but he's still the best.

The boys from the Midwest spent a week w/ Hardwater Walleye last week in perhaps some of the toughest fishing conditions ever. We worked hard to find the fish, and though we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the bite, it was the time spent w/ our good friend Rick Sommerville that we'll remember the most.

We've been doing this BOQ thing now for three years (some of us just two years), and this year, our Virgin, got his double-digit trophy to bring home. And, that was after Hardwater Walleye spent a lot of time giving up his best know-how and experience.

So, to all who fish the Bay ... we (Captain Walleye, Stretch, Pat and yours truly) we say give your cap a nod to Hardwater Walleye ... it isn't about the fishing ... it's about the friendships, the laughs, the commiserating, and the memories. We'll see ya'll next year.
