Is it legal for natives that do not live on the deseronto reserve to spear walleye.

I am asking this because I live Caledonia right next to the six nations reserve and while I was out for a drive yesterday, I came across four garbage bags full of speared walleye. The fish weren't even gutted.
A disgraced if you ask me.
I don't mind if the native take the fish for food but when I see about 80 ready to spawn walleye on the side of the road it makes me sick.

Bah,I am from The Six Nations Reserve and yes we can spear as well. The territories are held for all Six Nations Peoples not just those of that reserve.I too feel mad when I see or hear of these wasters as do most of us. Not all of us are gluttons however ,personally I don't participate in this.I do feel embarrassed that this has happened.I hope they get what they deserve, one should never take too much or waste food.That is nobodies right.

Is it legal for aliens that do not live on earth to dump garbage? I'm asking this because I live on the moon right next to earth and while I was out for a drive in my spaceship yesterday, I came across a pile of dumped garbage. The garbage was even sorted. A disgrace if you ask me. I don't mind if the alien dump garbage on their own planet but when I see about 80% unrecycled garbage on earth it makes me sick.
