Does anyone know of a bait shop that sells small (2-3") shiners and wax worms in the Trenton area (or not too far of a drive from there).

thx

Try Frank's:
http://www.quintefishing.com/franks/frank.htm He opens at 6am.

I know that he sell different sizes of minnows, and I believe he sells maggots or waxworms (spikes?) as well.

Curious as to where you plan on fishing them.... I've been looking for perch over 8", and would love to catch a mess of crappies.

Last weekend I was fishing west of the Bay bridge, and every time I dropped an orange teardrop, tipped with a minnow tail, within 2 inches of bottom I hooked a perch 6 inches or smaller. One right after the other. The dog was amused, but they were kinda small to keep.

Good luck and pls share your results.
