With alittle scouting with the vex between Belleville and Trenton and knowing were to look I managed to have a good weekend fishing they were right on the bite but moving fast .Catch them one place one day you have to move the next .The bait that worked this weekend was the Celo blue and silver and green hammered 1/2 oz size ,Crippled Herring in the 1/4 oz .There is alot of slot fish bitting remember to put them back guys .

I was glad to hear that some fish are finally being co-operative in this area.Could you be a bit more specific as to location and depth.I have fished this area for many years and had my worst week ever at the end of January.Will be out again mid week .Keep up the good work
