Deseronto Bridge Update

I finally fished "the bridge" Saturday 430-dark. Lots of fishermen out + saw several fish caught.I fished near the middle over 22-24 ft but only 3.5-4 inches of ice.Missed two light bites then iced a 1.5 lb walleye. nice spot to fish , locals were great.

This has always been a great place to fish.

I just hope we don't get too many fishermen in this area. Only a week or so to go for the Hard water stuff.

What did you mean by " only a week to go? Are you expecting a major thaw ? I will not make it back for at least a week, I hope the ice lasts.Does the fishing stay good here until break up?

Unfortunately, Walleye ends Feb 28 on Quinte. :cry:
