Looking for clearification with reespect to Walleye 2002. Of the four fish per day that may be entered does that mean the winner is determined by total combined weight or simply the heaviest fish. Or if it is the combined weight of fish entered (max. of 4 / day) and how does the 19 and 25 inch restrictions apply?

I talked with one of the organizers of the Napanee tournament and the winner will be the biggest fish. His advice is that if it's not over 25", which apparently the winners normally are, put it back in the water. All new regs apply to the tournament. Hope this helped.
