All those who expressed an interest in belonging to a local walleye chapter don't forget there is a meeting at the Quinte Conservation Authority office in Belleville. Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 4th.

Directions to the meeting are below:

From the 401. Get off at Exit 538 Wallbridge Loyalist Road. Go South until you come to Old Hwy 2. Turn right. Approx. 150 meters turn right into the parking lot at Quinte Conservation.

From Hwy 2, same as above, approx. 150 meters west of Wallbridge Loyalist road.

I hope to see a bunch of people and look forward to meeting all of you.

Colin Friel

Hi Colin,

I would like to send my regrets as I cannot attend. I am located in Toronto and making it out there on a weeknight would be virtually impossible for me. Regardless, I still support the idea 100% and would gladly welcome the opportunity to be a part of the Chapter.

Sincerely,

Grant

I am the same, live in the GTA and can't make the meeting but fully support the idea.

All you need is 6 people to start a chapter. If you have the interest in the GTA, you could start a chapter there. It's really straight forward and simple to do.

Let me know if you want more info, I'll also be at the Fishing & Boat Show on February 14th. in the CBAF booth. Drop by and we'll chat more then.

Colin

No problem guys, make sure you introduce yourselves!! 8)

Hopefully everyone who p.m.'ed me about this can make the meeting. Here is a chance to start something in the Quinte area that will benefit all walleye anglers.

Colin :D

Can we still join this chapter if we are in the GTA?

Sure, but it would mean a lot of driving for meetings and events.

Why not start a chapter in the GTA? It's easy, I'll help you get everything going and then you and your membership can run it the way you want.

You only need 5 more guys to start it!!
