Has anyone ever fished from the boat in Feb for Quinte hogs? Because b y the looks of the 7 day forecast for Napanee area seems like a possibility we may have to trade the ice shacks for boats...

here's a snapshot of the weather outlook, the high temps all above 0 and 35 mm of rain expected ..... YUCK!

Be safe out there!

I thought a few years ago the Deseronto Yacht Club derby was won by a guy in a boat?

According to Laker John, the Adolphus Reach is frozen.

It will take more than five or six days of plus temps to rid the ice from Hay Bay.

thats good, i would imagine it will make fishing tough in Deseronto however, as the ice has been sketchy all year. Last time I was out at shermans there was over a foot of ice so hopefully the fish turn on there.
