I always enjoy seeing different points of view... even when I might differ of opinion.... you write well for a young man (or woman?...lol). I was happy to see you posting and hope that Kar, Curtis, and the Fish and Wildlife Tech etc. begin when they feel the need.

It has been a while since I observed your monicker here. Hopefully you have been observing and continuing your apparent interest in seeing the harvest reduced in the BOQ.
