baygirl and I went out for an hour and a half. Back to Shermans' ramp by 3:15. Beautiful day on the water.
Started out at Sherman's point for some jigging. One other boat. No bites after 20 minutes.
Moved over to Thompson's point to join the crowd. Caught 8 WE in 45 minutes. Released all 8 although baygirl caught a keeper at 16 in +. We used Lil Foxey and Rapalla jigging lures, in the largest size available at CTC.
We were grateful to the help of Red back at the Sherman's ramp. Slight mishap off the cement. We thought that we would get back ahead of the "traffic", but soon learned that many disappointed anglers, with no catch were lined up behind us... waiting for the ramp to be cleared. Thank you to those who waited patiently behind us.
This was baygirl's keeper.
