There appears to be some problem with the link to that site.

Trying to post pictures, you link must have an HTML start and concluding characters.

Like this:

[img]........[/img]


It's odd you aren't able to use this sites capability to load your pix.

See if this will help

POSTING IMAGES
Go to Google or wherever, get your image, right-click on it, select 'properties' and then copy the full address in the 'location' field (it'll look like 'http://www.whatever.com/...')..
Then, in the 'reply to post' box on urban, click on the IMG box in the forum reply page, and then hold down the Ctrl key and then press the V key to copy the image's address into the box. Voila!

As David says the link to the picture seems to be broken. Like it doesn't exist or has been typed in wrong. I was unable to get to the picture directly.

Basically you would just type the following into your message (emitting the space before the / in the last img tag):
[img]http://www.mcbwebworks.com/public/images/mbcwalleye.jpg[ /img]
