Well guys, havent ate or slept much at all.. put many kms on the car... but today we finally had our day. had an absolout blast!! betwen my buddy and myself we caught over 20 steelies, an tons of resident bows. caught most of them on old slimy lake trout roe my buddy had, and some on the fly (think it was a sparkle roe or somethin) man im super tired... probly be back out there tomorow.. guess i got the fever!

nice hen my buddy ended up keeping for a feed an some more roe for us to use for the season.
