Quinte Fishing

Hearing the on coming weather forecast I made a run to a local lake and I'm glad I did . Caught about 30 crappies and culled to my limit of 25.

Nice job but don't catch em all Mr. Legg. Save some for me. I will be up the first week-end in May for some long beards in the morning and fishing in the afternoon. I wonder if I know that lake?

I 'm sure you're very familiar with this lake. Last year I caught many smaller 8 1/2" fish here early but they're a year older now . Must have been a great year class of crappie. I'll be chasing long-beards Sat. and Sun. that weekend and then headed to Quinte Sun. afternoon.
