Location: Alexandria Bay, NY
Fished Goose Bay yesterday and we ended up with two pails of nice perch. Half were spawned out and the other half still had eggs. Once we found them it was a pretty steady bite.

I saw a video on You Tube that shows cleaning a perch in 10 seconds - really a neat way.

I've seen that video too. I still rip through them with an electric knife. It's pretty quick and the fillets are boneless. In fact I ate some tonight for dinner.
