Quinte Fishing

The sun and lack of wind didn't seem great for walleye the opening day of fishing but proved us wrong We had 4 boats and 13 guys at my camp and we caught are limit in fish . We caught all all size ranges from 10 in. -to 19 in. fish the 1st day. No fish over 20ins. the first day But lots of fish thrown back The next day we did manage to get 2 over 20 inches, but caught lots of fish in the 14-17 in. range. All fish were caught in about 10-18ft. bottom bouncing with spinner and worm.- We fished Monady and this morning with 6 guys and caught fish in the 15-17 in. range in Mohawk bay,the Napanee river and Green Pt. Monday was rough with the wind ,but we still caught fish. This morning was good, with fish in 18ft. of water on Green Pt. We will be back on the bay this friday.
