I'm gearing up for LO and need to spool up some lines. I have never used the flea flicker, does it really work.

Yes it does work, but don't need it at the present time. When you do spool it get the 20lb, be sure to tie on about 20ft. of mono as not to kill the action of the lure, I use 17lb for mono as I usually run out at least that far behind the cannon ball. The fleas don't gather from the cannon ball to the lure thankfully. I'm sure there will be more suggestions.

By the way the Kings are in, last Friday two fellows had a double header one weighing 35.5 and another weighing 29.4lbs.both were landed successfully, (that is good fishing) two others got a 24 & 22 and 14lber all last Friday, all at Scotch Bonnet.

Polliwog,

Flea flicker does work, costs about $19 per 300yd spool. If you need some I think I have 2 spools in the store right now.

Was out at the Bonnett today. Pretty rough for half the day and slow. Boxed a nice 5lb Brown and lost a good King. Was a good reel screamer that was pealing a lot of line. We dropped him after he took about 100' of line. Oh well another day. They are down deeper then they normally are this time of year. The rod that fired was 400' of copper so down about 80'.

Scott
