Quinte Fishing

I want to first thank all our anglers who waited around after weigh-in yesterday for the prize presentations and to announce the Classic qualifiers. The latter was a bit of a job and so I'm asking that anglers who have or think they have qualified to wait till after Tuesday(tomorrow) till I post an official Classic qualifiers list. I want to make sure that we haven't missed someone and that everyone that is eligible does have the opportunity to fish the Classic. Entry fees for the Classic can then be sent in after Tuesday. Boat numbers will be awarded as per your aggregate points total - lower aggregate number - lower boat number. In the event of a tie in aggregate number, the team with the best tournament placing will be awarded the lower boat number - eg. two teams with 62 points - one team had a 14th place finish in a tournament, best finish by other team 19th, first team will have lower boat number. Some will qualify as individuals and as you cannot fish alone, we will try to match people up with a partner from this list of individual qualifiers. I will be contacting these anglers to verify there intentions and to assist with match-ups. My thanks for your cooperation and we look forward to a great Quinte Classic. Pete
