Quinte Fishing

Well, after spending a windy morning on the Bay, 7 Walleye & 5 Buckets, I went and visited Stacy and Glen at Pro Tackle (2 min north of Belleville on Hwy 37).

The store is EXCELLENT, great selection of Reef Runners and many other baits... I managed to pick up a few baits, very sweet colors!! Aside from being an incredible Musky anglers, Stacy is an amazing guy. His comments to me were, if the guys want it, we'll get it in!! The plans he has for additional tackle and supplies coming into the store are a site to be seen.

If you're in the area (And most of us Walleye fisherman are) you really need to stop by this fall and check it out.

BTW - Thanks for the 1.5 hr chat guys, it was fun, just talking FISH!!!

Good to meet you yesterday. You are definitely into your Walleye fishing and sure are putting your time out there staying on fish. A lot of guys would not have been fishing the Bay in those windy conditions.

I am obviously a Musky Hunter! Fishing (guiding) for Muskies is my passion. I don't mind helping us anglers out with info, tips and quality tackle. As for Musky Tackle ....I do have a few lures in stock. (largest selection in Canada)

I am in the process of converting the store into multi-species fishing tackle. Starting with Fall walleye fishing then Ice Fishing. Glen is helping me start a fly fishing selection for all fish species.

-More Reef Runners should be here by Sept 13th (900's and more 800's colors)
-Live bait available at the End of September (Store will be open at 5:00am 7 days a week when ice fishing starts)
-All Rapala's (normark) tackle/equipment should be here in 2 weeks at a great price! (including ice fishing jigs, tackle, rods and reels)
-Ice Fishing tackle/equipment from Frabill coming in the first week of Oct. (All Huts, ice rods/reels, Tips ups, accessories including their new "Snow Suits" and "Severe Weather suits"
-The list continues to grow.
