Hi everyone,

This is a great board with lots of helpful info. Seems like the regulars here are very willing to help out. Anyhow, this is my first post and I have a few questions. I'm thinking of heading up to the bay this Sat. night/Sunday and would like to know of a campground where I could pitch a tent on a site with electricity at a reasonable price that is close to some good fishing action. Also, as I haven't had much success getting walleye in the bay, I was hoping I could get some tips on presentations. My plan is to troll shallow diving minnowbaits over structure at night and troll spinners/cast crankbaits to weedlines during the day. Am I off base? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Braden

Is there any structure in Hay Bay besides Sherman's? Pardon my "burp", but in my opinion, night time is the right time for Wobbly Pops. hehe

However and more seriously, I do agree with the weedline idea. Just don't forget about those deep weedbed lines with deeper cranks.

Hi there Fatman and good luck with the Tournament! I'm down here in PA chompin' at the darn bit, wishing I was up north. See ya in a few weeks.

We had a great weekend at the Bayview Inn in Deseronto. Best fishing that I have experienced in the last 10 years.

The Walleye Capital is delivering results this year.
