Has anyone had success using downriggers in Adolphus Reach in the late fall...Just recently installed mine and was thinking about trying it out up that way...any suggestions or comments would really be a help...thanks

I have caught fish on them but wont use them anymore, if u do set your releases very light. I dont put a lure below 30 feet becaus it makes it harder to release fish that come deep.

First time using riggers...was thinking of running reef runners or maybe small single blade harnesses...any suggestions for a first timer???

Reef runners are a great lure choice. There are others from all the major lure manufacturers. You don't need to troll deep at some times, shallower can be more productive.
Planer boards can be very effective and get the lures away from your boat to minimize the noise of the motor.
