Quinte Fishing

Heres some info. i went fishing on the south side of the big bridge at zwicks...holy goby fish batman....the fisherman are pulling them out and discarding them at leisure...they are coming up almost every time you pull your line in. these things are small, and feisty...those things are ready to take on the world...what is the real way of dealing with tese things..obviously discarding them at the waters edge isnt any better a solution than leaving them in the water...they need to go home.

Hmm....perhaps there should be a fine for the illegal discharge of waste, etc. This can come from many sources.

Another thought might be to have an envireonmental fund of sorts by a licence perhaps (could revoke non compliance that was known) for ships using the Great Lakes and beyond. Just some ideas.
