went to the ferry launch and the wind and waves quickly changed my mind....
2-3' waves crashing the launch..
continued over the ferry to picton and put in there.. nice spot

got fishing around 2pm out by the cement plant..
had a double header at 6pm and landed both and that was it, no other action...
4.5lb on a viper spoon with worm 10' down on the rigger with about a 50-70' lead
the other was 6lb. on a blue fox chartruse spinner with a worm, on an in-line planer
with about 70-90' lead..... no counters on the reels so guestimating...
i trolled with wally divers and rapala trolls, various colours and nothing...

ps. figures,... my reef runners came in the mail today while i was out fishing....
oh well..... just have to go out again soon and try them....

one more thing... i have a vhf radio and was woundering what channel people were on..??

later

Congrats.

Good fishin Jason,

Are you out this weekend ?

The tournament boat is winterized and I have to tow it to storage north of Markham some time on the weekend. probably saturday. That leaves Sunday & Monday to fish.
I just need to get a crew together for those days.

Later
Al

We were out yesterday from 9 til 2. Fished east of the Ferry and it wasn't bad at all. Started heading back and hit the biggest waves I have ever been in west of the ferry. Had to go 8-10 mph right into the waves all the way over to the cement plant!

Caught 1 Sheephead.
