Quinte Fishing

I am new to this web site, it's a great site! It has sparked my interest in walleye fishing again. I haven't fished the BoQ for a few years, I am thinking of going up sometime this month. Can someone tell me what the walleye are hitting on these days and how deep they are running.

Hey Ron, it would seem that the lure of preference this season has been a spinner and worm combonation. There is one particular spinner that has recieved rave reviews, (the Uzik) it's made by Hay Bay Larry, one of the member's on this board.

I didn't have a chance to catch up with Larry to get some but I managed ok with other rigs. It would seem that the bite has dropped off a bit recently, but hey, it's fishing!

To fish the boQ with any success you gotta use Uzick spinners. Forget the crank baints, mepps, repallas..
