Bringing the kid up this weekend and staying with Bob at Bayview. Can you please give us an idea how to catch pickeral and pike in the area? I've heard about Sherman's Point but probably too far to travel safely for my little boat. We'll be fishing very close to the resort. Thanks guys.

Hi Greg,

I'll be up Thursday night, so when you get to Bayview ask Bob where to find me. I wasn't up last weekend but I heard reports that the bite had slowed down some and the fish had moved. I'll be trying to locate the fish tomorrow and will hopefully have some idea on location of the fish by the time you get up. There are some spots right in front of Bayview that can be productive. See you on the weekend.

Ken

Thanks Ken....Sorry I didn't get your reply untill now, thanks to my internet connection. I wished I got a chance to chat with you and Superdad over the weekend, maybe next year. Bob gave us some spinners and fishing locations to try. Saturday 5 pics trolling around the green buoy by the Island with the sailboats. Hour and 1/2 on Sunday at Sherman's managed 8 fish, 3 in the slot. Hour and 1/2 Monday morning, 8 more fish all within 40 mins.

Greg,

Bertrand told me that you had done well and I heard from another camper who was at SHermans on Monday AM that you had got a bunch of fish.

The bite turned off last night as the wind was howling at Shermans.

See you next time.
