Assuming you took the pic, did this guy forget to put the plug in or what?

How did the get this out, lots of bailing there!!

To pull it out they put the trailer under it while in the water then pulled it out with a farm tractor. The guy had the motor running again about 30 mintes later. Dont know how the plug got pulled.
