I have a pipe bender at work. If you can get the pipe to me I can bend it for ya. Maybe make a mock up of the bend out of a coat hanger

They sell these exact posts as a set with all hardware and PVC covers for about $80 at Bass Pro.
I have used them before and they are a simple quick install and work quite well.
