Pro Advantage Paintball and Hobies 48 Dundas St. West, beside the Scuba Shop and Subway Shop.
They have fishing tackle now, it looks like they are complementing the other shops in town and carrying products that the others don't. They don't carry reels so you still have to go to Quinte Outdoors or Pro Tackle for them.
