Hi all quite fishermans/womans, Does anyone have a ice hut for sale? Not a portable one but one thats been used and about 6x8 or larger. I'm also willing to pay someone if they live in the Deseronto/napanee area to build one for me. I live in Mississauga so even if I build one, it would difficult to transport to the quinte area. I preffer to buy a used one if someone has one for sale. I also read on the net that Fosters Fishing Centre does offseason ice hut storage, does anyone have any experience storing their hut with Fosters?

I'm from the Thunder Bay are, in the winter time, we take our trucks out to our huts, can you do that here (quite)?

Thanks and your reply is much appreciated.... :D

The Quinte area is famous for eating trucks. When
the ice is over 6" you will see four wheelers and snow
machines. Most of the time fisherman walk. It's safer.

Just bought a new truck, hate to see it sink to the bottom, thanks again for the warning.

I guess S. Ontario is different from NW Ontario in terms of weather. Last winter there was over 42" of ice up there. By the way, the fishing (soft water and hard water) up in NW Ontarion is awsome... Usually can catch you limit of walleye within a couple of hours.
