You might be able to find one at your local dollarama.

Dollarama only carry plastic small police type guns.

I have checked ToyRUs, Mastermind, Wallmart and it would appear that these types of toys are not offered for sale.

I think I will tell my grandson to use his hand and vocal sound effects

Superdad........there are some antique toy stores that specialize in older cap guns and holsters. Dont know of any locally though there might be.There are some US ones that do Canadian shipping via paypal ect.....some are cheaper than others....may be worth looking into....here is a starting point if your interested

Funny we all used to have them, now there hard to find....sort of went the way of our old boxes of hockey cards!

I thought they got rid of them a little while back as they looked too much like real guys. ( kids got shot because officers thought they were real) I remember playing with them when I was a kid. If I could find my old one I'd gladly let you have it. ( great way to teach gun safety to kids also!)

Try Scalawags in Belleville. It's a little toy store that has everything and is nothing like Toys Are Us. If they don't have it they can likely order one. They would have an orange tip on the ends of the barrels now so police can tell them from the real cowboys. It's on front street. If you have never been there you have to go, they have nice toys there.
