2000 6hp 4 stroke, short shaft, low hours. This was only used sparingly as a kicker motor on a 166 Super Pro. Looking for $1100.

Where are you located, I could be interested. Tried to PM you a couple of days ago but I guess it didn't go.

I live in Bowmanville but I could meet you somewhere if you are interested. The motor is in great shape with very low hours - problem was that the original owner (only 20 hrs use) kept the boat in the lake all summer long so the paint started to bubble on the shaft. I'll have just the shaft repainted so it will look like new or you can take it as it is now for a bit less.......

Does the motor have the dark blue paint scheme ?

If it does and is still available I would be interested in having a look !

Yes it does - I had a 1997 Evinrude 70hp and this was the kicker for the boat last year. The 97 was lighter in colour and the 2000 is the dark colour. Only used 2 seasons - 40hrs max.
