We (the Central Lake Ontario Sport Anglers) are interested in finding an old pontoon boat or a set of old pontoons to fabricate a vessel to use to get the salmon fry pens to the Lake for release.
The method we use now has worked for 14 years but a bit tricky in rough water. I would like to build this for a safer release and when we want and not depending on Mother Nature to provide a release window for us.
