Says on the ad that you replaced the battery. What is the amp/hr rating? Need to replace mine.

9aH, but you can use any battery that will fit the compartment. You can get one from National Battery in Kingston for around $30, unlike these new lithiums ones which costs hundreds of dollars. I got almost 10 years on my first battery, these lead sealed batteries have more life and are lighter than a car battery. Hope your enjoying your auger, I love it, sad to let it go.

Should start a thread on these Electra Lazer's mine is 10 years old this year(bought it from Ron at Skevy's when he had a bait and tackle shop on Dundas St. in Belleville) and the same thing my only cost has been a $27 battery last year. Love this thing. One other wasted cost was 4 years or so ago I bought another set of blades for it and they are still here in the package...lol.

LOL, I've pondered about buying new blades as well, as I've been expecting them to wear out for about 5 years now, but it still cuts as good as it did out of the box! One thing for sure, there are no better blades in the world than these LAZER blades. These augers are indestructable, should probably hold onto it for when I have grandkids and they start fishing in 20 years...lol.

No, best offer so far was $250. I was hoping for at least $300, but may let it go for $275 now.
