Quinte Fishing

I had some pretty major motor problems at the end of last season and now have to deceide whether to repair or replace my current 40hp Evinrude. I can buy a rebuilt powerhead out of the states for less than I can rebuild mine buying the parts in Canada(go figure all the parts come out of the same factory). The other option I'm considering is a used motor.

So if anyone knows of a late 90's or newer Evinrude/Johnson, it'll bolt right up, 40/50 hp, 2 or 4 stroke I'd really apprieciate hearing about it.
I'd consider another brand but it would have to come with contols too.
