Quinte Fishing

This hunt we had a different plan in mind the geese that morning was going 2 fields over from where we had permission to hunt so we talked to the farmer which my friend knew very well to ask permission to hunt there in the freshly planted winter wheat field the geese were in.The guy told us if it were 2 days ago it would have been fine but being a deer and having 2 big ten pointers just showed up on his camera's the answer was no so we asked if we could flag the field and he said go for it so we did.So set up and ready to go we could see birds flying that way and sure enough not 1 bird landed there we got on the calls and over they came and into the decoys we managed to shoot 11 not bad for only seeing 40 birds that evening.
