Just wondering if anyone knows of a butcher in the Quinte area who makes venison into pepperettes. I have some left over venison from last season i would like to get made into something that will get eaten quicker. Any info would be appreciated.

Amans in Wellington also does a pretty good job.Have used them, a few times.
