Well Shawn my son and I got out for one more Goose hunt on the last day of the early season . With some unique circumstances from the landowner Shawn found a field with about 80 - 100 geese in it. With Shawn and my apprentice son hunter running the guns , I was working the call. We ended up with 19 geese , with Shawn running clean up on the gun , he would let my son have first crack at the geese and after my son would dump a couple out of each flock that we called in then Shawn would let loose on them dumping a few. With sometimes 3 or 4 geese coming down each flock. Good times and mild Italian sausage waiting for these geese , good thing I know a butcher and one hell of sausage maker . Lol
