 Post subject: Jack Rabbits?

Wow, what happen where did they go!

Haven't seen tracks of them never mind a rabbit. In my younger days in the 70's we would strap on the snow shoes walk the fence lines and put up 5 or 6 in a day.

Anyone see any sign of the mighty Jack?

Now you mention it, it has been a couple years since I shot a jack and I haven't seen one this year either.... Might just be in the low of their cycle?
The brush bunnies seem to be doing well in Quinte West. Haven't been out much, but missed one with the bow and got a few with the .22 so far.
I haven't been up to snowshoe land to see how they are doing.
